The visa business of CTG Travel is mainly responsible for the investment, preparation and establishment, and operation of overseas Chinese visa application centers, as well as acting as the agent of outbound visa and certification for Chinese citizens. CTG operated 50 visa application centers in 25 countries and regions, accounting for more than half of the Chinese visa centers around the world and taking first place in the market share. The overseas visa application centers represent the public image of China, which have been highly recognized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Chinese embassies and consulates overseas, and local applicants for its professional, high-quality, and efficient services. In the meantime, CTG Travel owns the most complete agent qualifications for outbound visas for Chinese citizen, and the consular certification agent qualification authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It has Australian KDP (3-year multiple entry visa) visa delivery qualification, Canadian ADS-P delivery qualification, and it is also one of few agencies in Beijing that is entitled to "UK Green Channel" visa delivery qualification and the only travel agency in Beijing for all full type of visas for Japan. In 2019, CTG Travel ranked first in the market share of consular certification services among agents in Beijing. Looking ahead, CTG Travel aims to build a global visa and certification service network to provide professional, high-quality, and efficient services for both foreigners coming to China and Chinese citizens going abroad.

Since May 1998, CTG Travel serves as an agency to issue Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents (also known as MTP) and Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents (also known as Home-visiting Certificate) in Hong Kong, with the authorization of the National Immigration Administration (former Entry-exit Administration of Ministry of Public Security). CTG Travel adheres to the aim of "Safe, efficient handling with professional service", constantly expanding the types of certificates in our business scope and improving the quality of our service. Our efforts are highly recognized by the authorities, Hong Kong citizens and Taiwan compatriots. In addition, CTG Travel can apply for 13 kinds of certificates for our customers, such as Entry & Exit permit (temporary pass), Chinese and foreign visas, Hong Kong and Macao pass (under mainland talents plan/labor program), visa replacement and extension, one-time license plate for cars traveling between Guangdong and Hong Kong SAR, and permit for non-Shenzhen residents visiting Hong Kong as a tourism group.
