In response to the call of the CPC Central Committee and the requirements of the New Era, China Tourism Group has been making unremitting effort to fulfill its social responsibility to "serve the state and public with high-quality tourism service".

The social responsibility system of the Group features the Party's leadership and high awareness of social responsibility by systemic building and training. The concept of social responsibility has been actively integrated into decision-making and operation of the Group headquarters and subsidiaries, forming a new pattern to fulfill social responsibility with overall planning and promotion, top-down linkage, and extensive participation.
